I worked with Chad at Ken Towery on Preston Highway and cannot say enough nice things about him. He spent over and hour on the phone with my insurance company and got them to cove a full new set of tires. He truly cares about his customers and his staff. Everyone he assisted he was open, friendly and honest with. If you need new tires or an oil change I'd highly recommend here, he's your guy!

I got my car towed here to get fixed and they did their job I will say and were respectful people but when I went to my car to check it out and leave I noticed a package I left I my car was opened and stolen and I went back in the shop to notify them and he told me they had just put the car out 2 hours prior for me to pick up and that it had been inside the shop so no one would be able to steal anything. I asked him if he didn?t see a problem with my belongings going missing while in his possession and he said it was a issue but he was sure it wasn?t any of his men that stole because they aren?t thieves and proceeded to tell me to file a police report. I?m very upset with this situation but all I can do is move forward and warn others to either not come here or let them know not to leave anything in their car that they care for or absolutely need. They do good work but didn?t try to find a solution to the issue besides telling me to put in a report. Taking my info and checking the cameras would?ve been highly appreciated but nothing was done.....
