Called them yesterday morning and they were able to get me in at noon with my 2019 Ford Ranger, which is why they got 2 stars vs one. I had found out that an oil change place had overfilled my oil, and that my truck was misfiring. They pulled the plugs and they were corroded but had no oil on them. They also found one of the ignition coils was bad. All parts were supposed to be OEM (Motorcraft), which the spark plugs were. The ignition coil was however a Delphi which I discovered this morning. Which is ok enough as its quality is good, but the engine is still surging and misfiring. Check engine light came on today so had it scanned at O?Reilly today, and it?s showing a P300 code which is an ignition coil. Not sure if it?s the one they replaced or if it?s because it?s mismatched with the other 3, but I had already on replacing the other 3 anyways since the parts cost seemed high,. After I dug into it, I realized they charged 5 $200 markup on Delphi Ignition Coil gn10957, a $50 part. Ripped off and cheated. They also had a different part description on it, had the Delphi part number but labeled it a PCV Valve. Which I inquired about and they explained that it?s just how the system labels it. Ripped Off. Update: Just got off the phone with them and they said the prices are set by corporate, lied about Delphi being an OEM part, which is not correct, even if the same manufacturer makes it, they carry different warranties. Did not seem to want to correct the pricing issue. Docking the star back to 1 star. I wish 0 was an option.....
