The reason I chose this company was because a few months ago when I had a low tire and stopped there, they aired the tire up, checked the other tires and there was no charge. When I needed a tire, I went there. The assistant manager, Philip was very personable and while the tires were not in stock, he provided a full estimate and told me to come back at 10 AM the following day. I drove from Liberty to Danville, a 35 minute drive and was told by the manager that he had come over to.?clean up and organize the place.? He said the tires had not arrived, but would be there anytime from now until 1 PM. I told him I had driven from Liberty and he said he was sorry and that he would take something off the price of the tires. I asked him to call when they arrived. We came back at 1 PM and the manager told us the tires would be there in a couple of minutes. He checked his computer and said he was tracking the truck and that it it would be here any minute. A half hour later the tires arrived. The manager told us that he could not do an alignment because the tie rods were bad. He gave me an estimate on the tire rod replacement, which together with the tires came to over $3000. We waited in the very cold waiting area for what should have been an hour, but was over 2 hours. The last twenty minutes the manager kept saying they were finished and that our truck would be brought around any minute. I went out to check, and the alignment apparatus was still on all four wheels, the truck was on the rack, and they were still making adjustments. When we finally paid the invoice, there was no deduction as promised. The manager may know the tire business. But he falls short on the people business and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.....Read More
