I called in on a weds morning to see if I could drop my truck off to be looked at it and diagnosed, the rep said sure bring it on in and we will take a look. I dropped it off around 11 that morning. I got a call at about 3 asking if I still had my keys. I said no I left them with you all. I get a call back about 30 min later that they located them and not to worry. Great was thinking I would get a call before EOD. I wait all day Thursday and get a call that both my turbos are blown and will need to be replaced and it?s going to be ?expensive? so I said okay well what are we talking? He couldn?t tell me he said he would have to work on a quote. I said okay well get it written up and call me back. I wait all day Friday and don?t hear from anyone. So I show up after work to see what was going on and the guy was already gone for the weekend. I was shown a quote at the time for almost 6 thousand dollars.. I saw on the screen where it said (main concern injectors) recommend replacing turbos as well. So overall at this point have 0 confidence that I?m being lead in the right direction. Monday I drive by and see my truck was out of the shop so I decide to go in and pay the diagnostic and pickup my truck. After reviewing the diagnostic I just can?t understand how they would come up with that quote or know that the turbos even had issues without taking it apart. Overall not a great experience the diagnostic seemed a little phony. maybe with better communication I could have understood better but i felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me and replace things that were not needed. also $250/ per injector is over 100% markup which also seemed absurd.....

I came in to have a tire monitor replaced, very friendly service, great on the time. I had to wait inside so they kept me updated on when my car would be finished excellent service
